      Excellent kids, great parent community

      Cons

      Greedy management tries to enforce cooperate rules on employees but management team never follows! Which is very difficult to understand. Very low pay, always some sort of maintenance going on while the school was in operation which made the school zone a hazard zone for young kids. Some weeks you don't get accurately paid for the hours you have worked. Just a very unprofessional workplace all together Company only cares about the dollar the parents bring in. Teachers quit and get fired all the time which makes it very difficult to build a parent/teacher relationship

      I absolutely loved our families and their children.

      From my first week of training, I could tell they didn't want me there. The assistant director is very dismissive and rude and the director is condescending. Never really had an issue with other staff members, but it was obvious the director and assistant director were trying to push me out. The curriculum director was so kind and sweet, but she left too, feeling like the director and assistant director were using her and walking all over her. I absolutely do not recommend.
