      My coteacher is great.

      Poor management from owners and directors, planned curriculum is developmentally inappropriate, owners forcing a “contract” stating you owe $1500 them if you quit before the one year mark, LOW pay, high teacher turnover, administration doesn’t care about children or teachers—only the money

      I absolutely loved our families and their children.

      From my first week of training, I could tell they didn't want me there. The assistant director is very dismissive and rude and the director is condescending. Never really had an issue with other staff members, but it was obvious the director and assistant director were trying to push me out. The curriculum director was so kind and sweet, but she left too, feeling like the director and assistant director were using her and walking all over her. I absolutely do not recommend.
