Pros

1. Great learning experience fresh out of college 2. long breaks 3. kids where feed healthy nutritious lunch and snacks

Cons

I worked for them a little less than a year and it was the worst experience of my life. They fired me via voicemail because of a complaint from a parent. According to the owners a parent had made a complaint before but they had never told me instead they just fired me,proving they do not value their employees. Which was odd because a parent came and complained about a Caucasian teacher, stating she allowed children to hit her child, the only African american child in the school, yet they did not terminate her. Instead they would literally say the mother is crazy and if she thinks they are racist then she should send her child to another school. They had zero professionalism during the time. I asked what the complaints where, never who stated them and they refused to answer me. Upon being hired the staff and owners stated I was given the most difficult class, ALL the children had severe behavioral issues, so much in so they emailed parents stating if they did nothing about their children's behavior issues the school would expel them. The other teacher in the room with me would yell at the children, get in their faces, and was really just mean to them. Yet not fired. For them to be a corporation they have no HR department, so you really are on your own. They have no respect for teachers and hire anybody that can read and they can take advantage of. If you consider working for them you are setting yourself up for failure.

Pros

I absolutely loved our families and their children.

Cons

From my first week of training, I could tell they didn't want me there. The assistant director is very dismissive and rude and the director is condescending. Never really had an issue with other staff members, but it was obvious the director and assistant director were trying to push me out. The curriculum director was so kind and sweet, but she left too, feeling like the director and assistant director were using her and walking all over her. I absolutely do not recommend.
