      A few of the other employees were friendly with me

      This was the most stressful work environment I have been in. We were so understaffed I was forced to stay late to cover other shifts. We FREQUENTLY were over our ratio of children to teachers. Management was terrible. They would "lose" request-off forms because they didn't have enough people to cover shifts, they were childish about confrontation, and NOT flexible at all with my college schedule. I hated it there.

      I absolutely loved our families and their children.

      From my first week of training, I could tell they didn't want me there. The assistant director is very dismissive and rude and the director is condescending. Never really had an issue with other staff members, but it was obvious the director and assistant director were trying to push me out. The curriculum director was so kind and sweet, but she left too, feeling like the director and assistant director were using her and walking all over her. I absolutely do not recommend.
