Pros

The students, Oh, the students. I absolutely loved my job. The curriculum was great and detailed, I really felt like I was doing the best for all the children. I also liked the uniforms for the students, not only were they adorable, but gave a sense of community and quality. Also, the sense of community felt between the staff and school was wonderful.

Cons

The management when I started was great, but after some "drama" it got much worse. And often it felt as though the teachers were being put last, and not communicated with. This was also felt through the rarity of bathroom breaks for the teachers, even in emergencies. And on a more personal note, I am a small woman, and I found there not to be small enough sizes for me in the uniform catalog. And the prices were rather high. PAY. What the teachers do is hard, demanding and stressful. So the ones who really commit to it deserve to be compensated far better.

Pros

I absolutely loved our families and their children.

Cons

From my first week of training, I could tell they didn't want me there. The assistant director is very dismissive and rude and the director is condescending. Never really had an issue with other staff members, but it was obvious the director and assistant director were trying to push me out. The curriculum director was so kind and sweet, but she left too, feeling like the director and assistant director were using her and walking all over her. I absolutely do not recommend.
