      Possible flex hours, Few good teachers.

      Cons

      Director is the most unprofessional narcissist person on the plant. She is immature and selfish. She does not have the best interest of the child. And enjoys getting the teachers wound up and fighting with each other. She is know for constantly demoralizing employees publicly. I would not work or send children there. Dangerous.

      I absolutely loved our families and their children.

      Cons

      From my first week of training, I could tell they didn't want me there. The assistant director is very dismissive and rude and the director is condescending. Never really had an issue with other staff members, but it was obvious the director and assistant director were trying to push me out. The curriculum director was so kind and sweet, but she left too, feeling like the director and assistant director were using her and walking all over her. I absolutely do not recommend.
