Pros

-My team is full of kind and friendly people that I genuinely enjoy working with. -Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office)

Cons

-The project management here is basically nonexistent. We do have one or two people who oversee workflow and manage deliverables, but there are no functioning processes for review and successful collaboration. It's very chaotic and frustrating most of the time, and we're wasting a ton of time and resources just trying to figure out what's going on. It also results in a lot of miscommunication and tension between teams. -Primrose recently began enforcing a 3 day in office policy, but employees hired before summer 2023 had been promised that only 2 days in office were required. HR allowed no exceptions and was quite dismissive of employees' frustrations.

Pros

I absolutely loved our families and their children.

Cons

From my first week of training, I could tell they didn't want me there. The assistant director is very dismissive and rude and the director is condescending. Never really had an issue with other staff members, but it was obvious the director and assistant director were trying to push me out. The curriculum director was so kind and sweet, but she left too, feeling like the director and assistant director were using her and walking all over her. I absolutely do not recommend.
