      The kids, the teaching staff

      Cons

      The admin/office staff was always changing. The owner was rude and unappreciative. They took advantage of the good teachers until they burnt out and quit. Meanwhile, the crappy teachers got away with anything and had no expectations placed on them.

      I absolutely loved our families and their children.

      From my first week of training, I could tell they didn't want me there. The assistant director is very dismissive and rude and the director is condescending. Never really had an issue with other staff members, but it was obvious the director and assistant director were trying to push me out. The curriculum director was so kind and sweet, but she left too, feeling like the director and assistant director were using her and walking all over her. I absolutely do not recommend.
