      Flexible role. Accommodating hours. Potential for growth. Curriculum is already prepped and ready to go which makes things for teachers easy.

      Cons

      Low pay, business owners seem to not care. They’re franchised so definitely be mindful of the owners. Primrose itself seems to be pretty great. Owners make a huge difference tho. A

      I absolutely loved our families and their children.

      Cons

      From my first week of training, I could tell they didn't want me there. The assistant director is very dismissive and rude and the director is condescending. Never really had an issue with other staff members, but it was obvious the director and assistant director were trying to push me out. The curriculum director was so kind and sweet, but she left too, feeling like the director and assistant director were using her and walking all over her. I absolutely do not recommend.
