Pros
PGCC is a very well organized and run local community college. It's a nice place to work though it really depends on the department you work under. It is very modern (classrooms, buildings, software, etc.) for a suburban, minority majority community college.
Cons
People never leave this place. I say that's a negative because it makes it hard to effect change. Plus, people bring their relatives on board so basically the college is run by different families from PGCC. Some of the managers are absolutely terrible, but no one seems to care. That is the biggest problem. No one is picking the weeds out.
