The Administration cares about developing their employees. They provide learning and leadership opportunities, in addition to opportunities to share information across disciplines.

Cons

I think they are underrated. There should be more marketing so that people will know the great things happening and the many offerings.

Pros

You have to provide assistance to students who needed help pickout their schedule, manage the front desk, and the Owl Market. However, their was always a team their to share the load.

Cons

If you have a supervisor, who does not want to accept your PTO request. You are not getting that PTO not matter how much you accrue.
