Cons

No chance for advancement; pay is lowest of all colleges in Maryland; Administration has no respect for faculty and staff and are very hostile! Don't ever complain to HR! Make up of Administration/staff is top heavy with Administration.

You have to provide assistance to students who needed help pickout their schedule, manage the front desk, and the Owl Market. However, their was always a team their to share the load.

Cons

If you have a supervisor, who does not want to accept your PTO request. You are not getting that PTO not matter how much you accrue.
