Diverse staff Students are great to work with Several modern buildings on campus Solid starting pay

Cons

-Trying to get us to return to campus FULL TIME AUGUST 2 - despite increased productivity remote, and some departments being fully remote since March 2020 (look for 25% staff turnover If forced to return to campus soon) -pay increases are rare

Pros

You have to provide assistance to students who needed help pickout their schedule, manage the front desk, and the Owl Market. However, their was always a team their to share the load.

Cons

If you have a supervisor, who does not want to accept your PTO request. You are not getting that PTO not matter how much you accrue.
