-Too structured -Too much bureaucracy, difficult to coordinate efforts -Not very open to different ways of working (SCRUM/etc..)

Pros

You have to provide assistance to students who needed help pickout their schedule, manage the front desk, and the Owl Market. However, their was always a team their to share the load.

Cons

If you have a supervisor, who does not want to accept your PTO request. You are not getting that PTO not matter how much you accrue.
