The people in the office are very helpful and supportive. The staff has been very helpful at letting me know when I would have a shot at moving up in the organization.

Cons

The location of the school is out in suburbia with nothing in walking distance. No good teleworking options that you would get with federal employment. No childcare

You have to provide assistance to students who needed help pickout their schedule, manage the front desk, and the Owl Market. However, their was always a team their to share the load.

Cons

If you have a supervisor, who does not want to accept your PTO request. You are not getting that PTO not matter how much you accrue.
