Pros
PGCC is a vibrant workplace where there are several types of people and activities occurring each day. No matter what department, all the employees seem to care for their jobs and work diligently. The students are pretty respectful as well. I enjoyed sharing ideas with other instructors.
Cons
There are a lot of classes available but not enough fulltime positions. Although adjunct pays a good hourly rate, it lacks in consistency. To become fulltime you almost have to be hired for that need from the beginning, It is rare a fulltime opening is available.
