Pros
Company provides opportunities to grow if you put the effort into learning and asking for help. The ownership knows everyone and takes the time to talk to anyone who has a concern or thought for improvement. It is the best company I have worked for in my 40 year career.
Cons
Being a smaller business, everyone is stretched and needs to wear multiple hats. If you enjoy variety this can be a plus if not it can be distracting and frustrating.
