Pros

I have worked at Prince for 30 years. The company has promoted many employees from entry level positions to engineers, mid-level managers all the way up to VP level. They provide competitive wages with great benefits. Education reimbursements of 100%. Their 410K match is the best I have seen.

Cons

While there are advancement opportunities, these can take time to come to fruition.
