Pros
-Got exposed to different personalities of people. Helped me in my next job. -Great coffee machine -A few bad apples but generally people want to work together and help each other.
Cons
Prince/QP policy of not allowing work from home at all is really unfortunate. Also, day to day start/end time is also not flexible. If you have a family you will not be able to shift your hours, even if you do put in over 40hrs/wk. They will not attract top talent this way and are behind the standard nowadays in the workplace. There are a few long term employees that create a hostile work environment. They are hard to approach and have a pleasant conv. with. Unfortunately they are allowed to treat others poorly and nothing is done about it.
