The benefits and respectability of the University is unparalleled. There's so many reasons to work at Princeton, especially if you are starting a family and want a cozy and intimate place to work in an exceedingly rigorous environment.
Cons
There isn't a lot of space to grow in some departments that haven't changed their structure, leadership or approach in many years.
