Pros
There is a broad range of intellectual and social advancement that takes place and a real commitment to teach at every level. The Faculty encourages curiosity and partners well with their technical staff. The campus is beautiful and the students are engaged. Monthly luncheons, an occasional field trip and access to cultural activities on campus greatly benefits camaraderie.
Cons
It is a very expensive locale to live in. It sometimes gets system intensive as if every metric requires measurement. No doubt some of this is due to Government regulations and self-evaluation is a benefit. However, the shear volume and constant re-vamping of paperwork, new accounting and policy changes can be tiresome.
