Great management, good work life balance. Good pay. And flexible work from home opportunities.

Cons

Only thing they can improve on is insuring top performers get consistently paid for their performances, the bonus structure sometimes awards people who did not actually have the best sales numbers

Bad contact center environment. Back to back calls every day. They only discuss call times and never what leads to the numbers.
