      Great benefits, good people, pay was okay.

      Cons

      It really depends on the department. The department I was in just wasn’t for me. If on the phones, it can be difficult at times to progress in your career unless is within that department.

      Great opportunity to start a career. You can legitamitely move throughout the company starting with this role.

      Cons

      Bad contact center environment. Back to back calls every day. They only discuss call times and never what leads to the numbers.
