Pros

Days off around the holidays.

Cons

This place will push you to a psychiatrist. They underpay you while having 500+ in queue, they’ve outsourced their quality team so your metrics will suffer so they don’t have to give you a good bonus, they make you do mandatory overtime and don’t tell you until the last minute as if you don’t have a personal life. They block of certain months and won’t let you take your PTO and oh guess what if they don’t approve it and you still need the time off you get in trouble. I’ve never experience this type of horrible treatment in my LIFE!

Great opportunity to start a career. You can legitamitely move throughout the company starting with this role.

Cons

Bad contact center environment. Back to back calls every day. They only discuss call times and never what leads to the numbers.
