      Great culture of nice people. Take good care of employees including great benefits and flexibility. Seemed very ethical. Great fitness facilities.

      Cons

      Pretty deep roots in traditions and lots of tenure. Makes for a slow moving environment and lots of very established processes that are hard to change. Not always a bad thing but can be frustrating.

      Bad contact center environment. Back to back calls every day. They only discuss call times and never what leads to the numbers.
