Cons
- Work will be on really old tech which will be sold by the management as 'cloud transformation'. - They think they are the industry leaders in migration but they barely understand any cloud concepts. - Architects and team leads with heads up their posteriors with no regard to the team. They will rightfully find a scapegoat to blame and make an individual feel they've commited a crime. - Zero learning and growth opportunities. Even to get a simple python or javascript certificate, you'd have to raise this with the management. Your growth is at their mercy. - Appraisals are a joke. - If you're good at bootlicking and showcasing your work as if you have found a cure to cancer, you would fare well here.
