      Obviously team dependent but great work life balance, great benefits, "unlimited" pto, and paid parental leave.

      Cons

      Management relies heavily on consulting firms to make decisions and do not listen to their engineers that are boots on the ground.

      Great opportunity to start a career. You can legitamitely move throughout the company starting with this role.

      Cons

      Bad contact center environment. Back to back calls every day. They only discuss call times and never what leads to the numbers.
