      Virtually unbelievable work-life balance, though this seems to be team-dependent. WFH for those outside of home office metro is still honored.

      Great opportunity to start a career. You can legitamitely move throughout the company starting with this role.

      Cons

      Bad contact center environment. Back to back calls every day. They only discuss call times and never what leads to the numbers.
