Cons
Wish we had PTO in the 1st Year of Employment, but Management is very cool if you need a day or two off here and there in your first year. Maternity leave for Men and Women could be better, but again Management is extremely flexible if you communicate your needs to them. Some of our hires over the years haven't been good fits for our Sales role. They are either too lazy, poor listeners, and/or don't have the discipline they need to succeed. It's too bad because P1 treats them the same as everyone else and it's tough to see their dishonest reviews online when they leave.
