Pros
There are so many positive things I've experienced at P1, but mostly it is the effective leadership of our management, and upper management teams. They set us up with the tools and training we need to be successful in the field, and expand our books of business. Not only is the upside potential HUGE, but the glass ceiling to success is virtually nonexistent! I wish I could have remained with this company ( I would love to have been a 'lifer'), but family crisis forced me to forgo this awesome opportunity. All in all, Priority 1 knows how to treat its employees, and offers the best terms over any other company in this industry.
Cons
The main downsides of this company are the reps/middle management that don't take the time to do the heavy lifting, and who are just flat out incompetent. This job is not easy, and it takes more than showing up to be successful. Management should do better at vetting out sales reps that don't have the ability to be in this industry, and also do better at 'trimming the fat'. Sure, there's weak links in most places, but the less time spent on training people with no comprehension skills, the more time that can be spent on growing this company into a worldwide name.
