Pros
Coworkers are cool I guess
Cons
The chicago office urges employees to take dozens of jobs with no commission, just so the company and manager can make money. Micromanaging has a new definition there; there is a point system if your team doesn’t perform well enough, you have to send an email every day describing your entire day and what you’ll do better the next day, and you’re constantly threatened with longer working hours without pay being mentioned. Additionally, you’re told to read a book AFTER work and discuss it the next day like you’re in high school again. Commission is terrible when you do get it, and benefits are nonexistent. Lunch happens sometimes and it’s always pizza. This company does not care for their employees one bit. You WILL being singled out the moment you have one bad day and your group will be talked down to like you’re a kid.
