Pros
Right out of college, I interviewed with tons of sales companies. Everything from Medical Sales to Plastics to NFL Ticket Sales. With no real sales experience, I was looking for a company who would see my drive, passion, work-ethic, personality and say I can make you great. A company who would give me the opportunity to grow as quickly as I possibly could. A company who would pay me more if I was out working the person next to me. A company that felt like a family. I see some reviews in here that make me sad. I'm not sad because they left a bad review on the place that has given me so much. I'm sad because they weren't able to experience the greatness that this company is. It's not often you can graduate college and be making over 100K in one year. It's not often your CEO and VP invite you to lunches and give you their personal cell #. It's not often you find a place that is opening 50 future offices and only promotes leadership from within. The opportunity at Priority1 is incredible. Its not easy, it's not stress-free, it's not always sunshine and rainbows - but nothing great is easy. If you're ready to work and build a career - come to P1 and they will give you a skillset that will make you successful for the rest of your life.
Cons
The work hours can sometimes be longer, if it's very important for you to get in at 8 and leave at 5, this might not be the place for you. You don't work on weekends but it's always nice to have your work phone on you in case of an emergency. It's a grind. Some people enjoy the grind, some don't. If you don't want to grind and work hard that's ok but this job might not be for you.
