Pros
I enjoyed my coworkers but that's about it.
Cons
This job has some of the worst leadership that I have ever seen. They set ridiculously high expectations that nobody achieved except for people that were there before the freight market crash, so they ended up putting over half the office on Pips and then continued to fire half the office. Our head boss, Luke, was pretty cool and you could tell that he wasn't agreeing with what his bosses were telling him to do because he ended up leaving as well. The new guys that are running the office are way too young to be doing so, they know nothing about leadership and create a toxic work environment. One of them used to tell me that I need to "make sales so he can buy a new truck." or they told us to tell people on the phone that we need to make sales so that we can pay our rent. Pathetic to say the least. They also would make us do 60 calls by 10 am which is insane. By far the worst and most toxic job that I've had. Apparently in the 6 months since I left (for a real job, not a sweat shop like that one) they have already fired 6 other people. That is one person per month!
