Great Work Environment, The people that involved in this company really make it feel like home.

Cons

In the last 5 years, The Standard Operating Procedure has changed 4-5 times completely and we are about to change everything again in a few months. Would like for there to be some stability on how things are handled.

Company states that they do merit based raises and promotions. Upper management is toxic and racist does not take accountability and uses favoritism and nepotism for all means of promotions and advancement.
