      PRISM is growing fast and because of that, there is amazing career potential. It allowed me to take the next step of my career and I've truly enjoyed being able to come to work, knowing I'm making a difference and being part of something bigger. Company offers excellent benefits Company opportunities for advancement - since we're in early stages of grwoth there are opportunities that aren't immediately available Collaborative team environment (where you also get your autonomy) Company listens to new ideas and encourages growth, both personally and professionally

      Cons

      Working for a growing healthcare company, things can evolve pretty quickly. There isn't a lot of hand-holding. Every day is working towards improving our way of doing things. It is important not to get swept up in the noise and focus on progress in action that work toward that. That determination and self-starter mindset is rewarded at PRISM

      Office environment and hours. Quality product. Benefits

      Cons

      Corporate pressure on questionable sales goals and the threat to be written up for not meeting particular sales benchmarks. No annual cost of living pay increase. The software and programs are complex and clumsy. Zero tolerance policy for consuming beverages in closed containers.
