Pros
Very respectful atmosphere from the perspective of an employee as well as from a patient perspective. Very community oriented with plenty of outreach in the form of screenings, education, etc. Benefits are very good, employee discounts. Very gratifying for anyone looking to work in a nice environment with nice people and co-workers. Management is very generous and gives several little "extras" throughout th eyear.
Cons
Very little to no opportunity for upward movement within the company. This is a great place to work if you're looking for a job and don't have the need for a corporate climb.
