Pros
Coworkers are friendly and fun to work with
Cons
Management does absolutely nothing to help staff. The lead technicians are unknowledgable and lazy, and never step in to help. They expect technicians - NOT the leads - to train new hires, and then will refuse to give you a raise when you find out those new hires are being paid more than yourself. Should you need to take time off for illness, management will give you hell for it. The office itself and equipment is in a state of disrepair, and the majority of patients records have been lost due to incompetence. If you're one of the technicians who is actually skilled, you'll be expected to pull the load of the entire staff - even if others are paid more. The staff is incredibly transphobic and homophobic, openly makes fun of people's pronouns, and makes racist jokes at the tech station. Lead technicians included.
