Poor employee morale. If your not in a management position your opinions don't seem to matter. Can only get ahead or heard if you're buddies with management. Unfair pay amongst much staff also causing low morale

Cons

Corporate pressure on questionable sales goals and the threat to be written up for not meeting particular sales benchmarks. No annual cost of living pay increase. The software and programs are complex and clumsy. Zero tolerance policy for consuming beverages in closed containers.
