Pros

Open lines of communication between CEO & upper management all the way down to interns Growth-oriented for all employees with plenty of opportunity to prove work ethic and drive Working in tech and exposed to new and first-look products and services. Great networking in the events business as well Different kinds of work to do all the time (non repetitive and never boring)

Cons

Salary might not be as high as with other companies, however other benefits and perks mitigate this

Pros

I've been with AllSeated full time for about 4 years. It is an amazing company to work for, not only for the waves they are making in the events industry, but the support and leadership of the executives. - You have the ability to take what you are given and run with it, while still being guided in the right direction. - There is always room to grow and more projects to take on - The upper management really care about helping you, and what you need to do your job

Cons

As in most start ups, the hours are long and it can get pretty stressful
