Cons

Occasionally long hours, but that's on-par for other design job in the industry. It balances out because some days are long and others are shorter than the standard 8 hours. Team is small (about 4-6 people) so you have to be ready & willing to fully handle certain responsibilities solo (but this is also a great challenge to have)

Pros

I've been with AllSeated full time for about 4 years. It is an amazing company to work for, not only for the waves they are making in the events industry, but the support and leadership of the executives. - You have the ability to take what you are given and run with it, while still being guided in the right direction. - There is always room to grow and more projects to take on - The upper management really care about helping you, and what you need to do your job

Cons

As in most start ups, the hours are long and it can get pretty stressful
