None. Since Privia bought into our company nothing good came about their business for the working employee. For being a bigger company their raises where not even good.
Cons
They lie, they move employees to positions not applied for or qualified for if you don't accept they let you go. They fire people left & right for bogus reasons, no warning for mistakes either your just fired, they don't care about employees unless you’re in the corporate office or in management. They don't know how to work claims properly, their just moved around, they only care about quantity vs quality. Communication is all through emails which don't get responded, or not fast enough, or must send several to get a correct answer, because they want to answer with s short response. They might know what their meaning, but you don't.
