Thank you so much for the feedback! We are grateful for the opportunity to review how our employees feel about their supervisors. It is never an acceptable situation when leadership makes you feel undervalued or unappreciated. We have made some changes in our leadership since this review has posted and we are looking forward to those changes making for a more inspirational and pleasant work experience. We have also launched a leadership training program that will be taking place this upcoming year. We can tell from your review that the owners and the sales manager were strong leaders in your eyes so we are confident the leadership structure as a whole is healthy and thriving.
