Thank you for the great feedback! It is great to hear that our fellow employees are able to really practice a balanced lifestyle. That is something we have worked very hard to establish as we believe it is the key to enjoying the time you do spend here at the office. I completely agree that communication needs to get better. As we grow we are faced with new challenges every day and change comes often and quickly. It is because of great feedback like this that we can look into the mirror and ask ourselves - are we doing enough? I think in this case the answer is no. We can and will do better as we establish better means of communication and evaluation and build in accountability for all employees.
