Pros
This company is always trying to improve. They listen to employee feedback and act on it. They offer training and give you an opportunity to grow into the job but also expect results so that you have some motivation. I have grown tremendously. Sometimes I feel like it would be easier to have another job somewhere else where I just come to work, do my time, and go home but I realize that the sense of fulfillment that I get with this company would not be there. I feel like I can actually go somewhere and like I am moving in a growing direction with Pro Pacific. Pay is good and gets better as I learn and grow.
Cons
This is a growing company and there seem to be growing pains. New changes are made often. Many are good. Some are not. Sometimes it feels like we are sort of an experimental ground for trying to change the industry and make it better. Its cool to be a part of but can also be frustrating.
