The people I work with are great, flexibility is wonderful, management does everything they can to help work around your schedule if something should come up.

Cons

The pay is below average.

Pros

None - Literally none. A firefighting job with Pro-Tec is just a place holder, not a career or anything long term.

Cons

The pay is terrible (just above minimum wage), The benefits are terrible and expensive ( almost better off paying for health insurance on your own). You will not be paid an sort of holiday pay.
