Pros
None that make it work here
Cons
Overworked, underpaid. Corporate/management tries to run “clinics” as major metropolitan facilities that include 50+ staff, with a crew of 5 or less, period. Staff is stretched super thin, not concerned over their physical or mental health, only concerned if they can do their job(s). May be hired under one title, made to cover different tasks w/o being certified or properly trained. Managment clearly have preferred employees that get away with stuff you would get fired for instantly. When you speak up/stand up for yourself, made clearly aware that that is the way things are, if you don’t like it, you can go whenever you want.
