Pros
This is one of the few jobs I've had where I can honestly say the managers are there to help us succeed. It makes a huge difference when you don't feel like someone is hovering over your shoulder to try and catch a minute error. I'm actually happy when I see my managers around.
Cons
No cons for me, really.
