Terminated for following OSHA Standards - EHS/QC Manager ProAmpac Employee Review

Company does not have a safety or QC program, they say they do, but it is only tongue-in-cheek to go along with production. The company does not provide safety training for employees and does not tolerate employees questioning management about poor safety practices if it affects production, including the EHS Manager. Beware of employees complaining to HR and then HR not following state and federal guidelines for investigating discrimination issues in the workplace. ProAmpac will violate employee rights quickly.
