Complete lack of communication between departments. Very low moral throughout the factory, which I believe to be because of the company and management's total lack of thought or respect for their employees. Filthy toilets which even when reported very little is done about it. Ridiculously fly infested canteen. Low holiday allocation considering you work most bank Holidays at no extra hourly rate. Little or no annual pay increase.
