Descent pay and benefits . Can build skills to further your career at better companies
Cons
Long hours. Outdated machinery. Lack of communication from management to employee and lack of communication from shift to shift. Lack of proper maintenance. Lack of experience across the production floor. Understaffed. Tell you that you get bonuses but don't reflect on your check. Only focus on revenue and don't care about employee morale. Can't leave the building for 12 hours. Demand fast high quality product with minimal training, minimal staff and machines that are not properly running. Lack of accountability for some and others are held accountable for everything
